Was Domitian the king that John said "and now is" Or Was It Nero?

In Revelation 17 John spoke of the Roman "kings" and said "five are fallen, one is,... and one is yet to come."

I was taught that Augustus was the first emperor of Rome. But, did you know that Josephus (Jewish historian and contemporary of Paul), as well as Dio Cassius and Suetonius, both Roman historians, said that Julius was the first emperor!

If these historians were right, and there is nothing to suggest that they were wrong -- that demands that Nero-- not Domitian-- was the one "that now is."
